How To Practice Tuning Into Your Energy & Then Feel It At All Times

In this short 8.5 minute video tutorial, I share a couple of simple techniques to help you on your path to tuning in to your energy.  Then I’ll show you how to practice keeping some of your attention in your body at all times.

 

This is an incredibly powerful practice, especially for us as women as unfortunately the vast majority of us have not been raised to place a high value our attention and energy.  If you’ve never felt the power and beauty of your attention and energy, you will always be giving it away without value.

 

As quoted in my book (I Love Me More – pg. 200) “If you aren’t in touch with what your energy feels like, you will always be giving it away because you won’t know the value of what you possess. You won’t know your value, your worth, and your power.  You want to contain some of that energy and use it for your own power container.  When you always keep some of that energy within your body, you empower yourself.  Once you get used to that amazing feeling of attuning to your energy, you feel the difference when it’s gone.”

 

The first exercise in this video will take you around 4 minutes to complete.  You’ll need a comfortable place to lie down flat on your back, preferably on the floor.  I’ll show you how to practice moving your energy up and down your body so you can get used to the feeling of placing your attention in your body.

 

The last exercise is covered at the very end of the video and will take around 2 minutes to cover.  In this segment, I’ll walk you through how to keep some of your attention in your body at all times.  As required for any new habit, this will take quite a bit of practice in order for it to become second nature to you.  But I can assure you that with practice, it will pay off for you, big time.

 

Once you can start to feel your beautiful energy in your body most (or all) of the time, you will be able to value your energy enough to be able to think twice about, or maybe even walk away from, situations that are disempowering, or that only serve to drain you of your vital energy.

 

Just like it’s important to feel our energy, it’s just as important to protect it.  If you don’t have the courage or strength stand up for yourself, just remember, your fearless inner warrior goddess is always there to help.
