I was wondering, when is the last time you connected with yourself via: journaling, reflection, meditation, etc.?
It’s so important to check in with yourself, daily if possible. If you can squeeze in 15 minutes, that will totally work!
Your relationship with yourself IS the most important relationship you’ve got.
We’ve got to nurture that relationship with ourselves, just like we’re in a relationship with another person.
So please remember to spend some time with you, practice self-compassion and self-care, and most importantly, be good to yourself.
P.S.: I recently filled up my last journal and went looking for a new one on Amazon. I found this one which is a deviation from the plain journals that I usually gravitate to.
